Entertainment & Sport Action

ESA Group is an association based in Chicago Illinois, USA, Copenhagen, Denmark, and Vilnius, Lithuania. The association was founded in 1994 under the name Future Kulture which was based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The association organizes programs for youth within the fields of sports, music, and cultural youth exchanges.

Future Kulture (ESAGroup) was started by a group of Anthropology students and teachers who were looking for an outlet for their projects and activities.

The activities arranged by Future Kulture & ESA Group are sports, music, cultural youth exchange. Many of the activities are arranged on a local, national, and international level. ESA Group projects have been arranged under the partnerships have been under European Ministry of Education, DIF or “Danish sports union”, DBBF or Danish Basketball Federation”, YMCA United States and ABC “A Better Chance”.

FROM FUTURE KULTURE TO ESA GROUP

From 1994-until 2018, Future Kulture has arranged programs for youth throughout Europe, in 2019, the association linked with ESA Group to grow internationally and link in particular with the United States.

Global network

We hope to bridge the gap between Europe and United States with programs aimed at activating young people to IT competencies, grassroots sports and activities, and bridges from education to employment.

Modern Technologies

IT skills are important within the employment market. Techniques skills, methods, and processes are key in all areas of production and service as well as providing a digital view of a work-flow for objectives in scientific, investigative, and educational cases.

Vocational Educational Training (VET)

Vocational Education and Training (VET), also called Career and Technical Education (CTE), prepares learners for jobs that are based on manual or practical activities, related to a specific trade, occupation or vocation.

Youth Programs

Youth programs are particular activities designed to involve people between the ages of 10 and 25. Activities included are generally oriented towards youth development through recreation, social life, prevention, intervention, or education.

Grassroot Sports

Grassroots sports are community-driven sports activity at a local level that is mainly recreational, rather than being about achieving high levels of performance or commercial success.

Social Media

SoMe or Social Media, are interactive digitally-mediated technologies that facilitate the creation or sharing/exchange of information, ideas, career interests, and other forms of expression via virtual communities and networks.

Digital Security

Digital security is an all-encompassing term that includes the tools you can use to secure your identity, assets, and technology in the online and mobile world. These tools you can use to protect your identity include anti-virus software, web services, biometrics, and secure personal devices you carry with you every day.

UX DESIGN

User experience is a person’s emotions and attitudes about using a particular product, system or service. It includes the practical, experiential, affective, meaningful, and valuable aspects of human–computer interaction and product ownership

Ecommerce 101

E-commerce 101 is our goal to assist individuals, groups, associations, or companies, register, control, and eventually monetize their brand. This is usually the goal from individuals to large corporations, to create a revenue stream from their brand in the form of a service or product sales. E-commerce is the digital cash register near the entrance/exit of the establishment.

Philanthropist, ex NBA Player

Craig Anthony Hodges (born June 27, 1960) is an American retired professional basketball player and former head coach of the Westchester Knicks of the NBA Development League. He played in the NBA for 10 seasons and led the league in 3-point shooting percentage three times.

Problem Tree

problem tree analysis: Helps the planning of a project. Provides a guide as to the complexity of a problem by identifying the multiple causes. Identifies particular lines of intervention and other factors that may need to be tackled with complementary projects.

Linking with Partners & Consultants

One of the most important parts of a project is the partners and participants with who you will cooperate with. Great partners can make weak projects bearable and good projects great.

Advance Planning Visit (APV)

The APV meeting main aim is: to get to know with the other partner organisations. To get familiarized with the aims, objectives and main ideas of the project. To organize all organizational staff required for the Youth Exchange.

Implementation

Implementation is the realization of an application, or execution of a plan, idea, model, design, specification, standard, algorithm, or policy

Evaluation & Final Reporting

It presents the findings, conclusions, and recommendations from a particular evaluation, including recommendations for how evaluation results can be used to guide program improvement and decision making.
